Description: This is a very unique and interesting coffee. The varietal is the Ethiopian Gesha, but grown on the Bolaven Plateau in southern Laos. It features the distinct Gesha characteristics with a tea-like body, bright citrus notes like bergamot, and a jasmine-y aroma. We get fresh stone fruit notes from this uncommon origin, as well as bright and vibrant citrus, and a very present and pleasing acidity. This coffee is delicate but unyielding in its fruitiness. We roast it very light to keep all the florals, fruit, and acidity intact. We expect this to be a limited release due to its uncommon nature.
