Description: This Ethiopian bean is a lovely natural process coffee grown around the village of Bombe in Sidama. It comprises the output of hundreds of smallholder farms from that region. The cup this coffee produces boasts notes of blueberry, brown sugar, and some light florals. We love this bean roasted medium to develop and emphasize the sugars while retaining its increasingly elusive blueberry note.
