Description: The Tirra is a lovely example of a natural Costa Rican coffee. Grown by a cooperative of producers known as CoopeTarrazú, which values solidarity and sustainability, and prioritizes the welfare of its producers and associates. CoopeTarrazú provides hands-on technical assistance to their associates, and invests in solutions to combat challenges such as coffee rust. We taste fresh apricot and strawberry in this one, alongside a distinct lime citrus note. We roast this one light to maintain that fruit and citrus, while keeping a punchy acidity.
