Description: The Barkbarian Blend is comprised of dark roasted Papua New Guinea and medium roasted Ethiopian coffees. It has the heavy backbone of our Papua New Guinea but comes together with the Ethiopian to create something different, coming across the palate as sweet milk chocolate with some baking spice and a hint of fruitiness. This blend comes highly recommended for those interested in branching out a little from the standard coffee flavor profile without straying too far.
